The LifeTrack App
Mobile App to track your emotional well-being.
Projected launch: End of 2020
Are you aware of yourself?
Why not start with your emotions? Record your thoughts and feelings. Learn about what is good for you and develop awareness for the things you need, want and enjoy.
LifeTrack is designed to help you learn how to recognise your emotional patterns and find what underlying needs you have.
Life has its ups and downs. Stay connected to your emotions. See the patterns and help yourself to improve your life.
Score your day on a scale from 1 to 10 and reflect on what happens in your life and inside you. Become aware of yourself and learn what can improve your emotional well-being and take action.
Are you looking for ways to improve your emotional well-being?
Track, monitor and reflect on your emotions, feelings and moods.
LifeTrack makes you aware of phases of stress, depression, and anxiety.
This project is nearing the final stages of its phase 1 development.
In its essence, it’s a pattern recognition application, designed to make the user aware of the ups and downs they go through on a day to day, week to week, month to month and year to year period – you get the picture.
The idea is to create something that can remind us that it’s okay. There are supposed to be ups and downs.
This means we are still alive, but that we can find ways to deal with it much better, if we learn to recognise the patterns.
If you have an android phone, and you would like to help test the application, you can download it from the
Google Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.changesolutions.lifetrack
For Iphone users, the IOS version should be ready at the end of December 2020.
My partner Juliane Stark and I are looking for as much feedback as possible.
This is only phase 1 of a 3 phase project. If you have any questions, or would like to help in some way or form, feel free to reach out to us.
