In its essence, it’s a pattern recognition application, designed to make the user aware of the ups and downs they go through on a day to day, week to week, month to month and year to year period – you get the picture.
The idea is to create something that can remind us that it’s okay. There are supposed to be ups and downs.
This means we are still alive, but that we can find ways to deal with it much better, if we learn to recognise the patterns.
